Print this page to get a physical, calibrated optical ruler. Cut it out and measure your Monocular or Binocular PD.

💳 Scale Check: Once printed, lay a physical credit card inside this box. If it fits the borders perfectly, your printed ruler scale is 100% accurate.

1. Print Settings

  • Set page scale to Actual Size or 100% (do not fit, shrink, or crop).
  • Use standard A4 or Letter size paper.
  • Print in portrait layout.

2. Mirror Instructions

  1. Stand about 8 inches in front of a mirror with good lighting.
  2. Align the curved nose notch comfortably over the bridge of your nose.
  3. Close your Right eye and look straight ahead. Align the red center 0 mark with your Left pupil.
  4. Without moving the ruler, close your Left eye, open your Right eye, and read the millimeter mark aligned with your Right pupil.
  5. That number is your Binocular PD in millimeters! Repeat 3 times to verify.

⚠️ Important: Do not bend, stretch, or crumple the paper when measuring, as this will distort the millimeter scale.
